Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026

StoreB hosts independent Merchants. The platform policy is No Return, No Refund: all sales are final. Products sold through StoreB storefronts are not eligible for return or refund except in the limited cases expressly stated below. Nothing in this policy limits any right a Customer may have under applicable Indian law that cannot be excluded by contract.

1. No Return, No Refund

All sales on StoreB are final. StoreB does not accept returns of products and does not issue refunds for completed, delivered orders. Customers are encouraged to review the product description, price and delivery details carefully before placing an order. Any return or exchange a Merchant may choose to offer is entirely at that Merchant's own discretion and under their own published terms.

2. Cancellation before dispatch

A Customer may request cancellation of an order only before the Merchant confirms and dispatches it. Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded. To request a pre-dispatch cancellation, contact the Merchant immediately using the contact options on their storefront.

3. Merchant cancellation

A Merchant may cancel an order before dispatch in genuine cases such as product unavailability, pricing error, out-of-service delivery area, or suspected fraud. Where an online payment was already successfully charged, the Merchant will refund that amount as described below.

4. Failed payments

If an online payment fails, no charge is treated as successful and no order is marked paid. The Customer may retry the payment. Any temporary hold by the bank is typically released by the bank according to its own timeline; StoreB does not control bank hold or release timings.

5. Duplicate or excess payments

If a Customer is charged more than once for the same order, or charged an incorrect excess amount, the duplicate or excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method after verification. Refund timing depends on the payment gateway and the Customer's bank.

6. Non-delivery

If an order is paid for online and the Merchant is unable to deliver it, the Customer should contact the Merchant first. Where payment was made and the order cannot be fulfilled, a refund of the amount paid will be processed. This is the only situation in which a refund of a delivered-price order applies, and does not extend to returns of delivered goods.

7. Damaged or wrong products

If a Customer receives a product that is damaged in transit or different from what was ordered, they should contact the Merchant promptly with photos and order details. Any replacement or adjustment in such a case is at the Merchant's discretion and subject to applicable law; the platform No Return, No Refund policy otherwise applies.

8. No returns of delivered goods

Except for the non-delivery and damaged/wrong-product cases above, delivered products cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, regardless of change of mind, incorrect size or colour, or buyer's remorse. Customers should confirm all details with the Merchant before purchasing.

9. Digital products and services

Digital products and services (such as downloadable content, bookings and appointments) are non-refundable once accessed, delivered or confirmed, where permitted by law. Cancellation of bookings follows the individual Merchant's published policy.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected in cash at the time of delivery. COD orders cannot be returned or refunded after delivery. Pre-dispatch cancellation may be requested from the Merchant before the order is dispatched.

11. Refund processing and timelines

Where a refund is due under this policy (failed, duplicate, excess payments or confirmed non-delivery), it is processed back to the original payment method. StoreB does not promise an exact refund timeline because refunds pass through payment providers and banks that we do not control; it typically takes several business days and may take longer depending on the gateway and bank.

12. No guarantee by StoreB

StoreB is a platform and is not a party to the contract of sale between the Customer and the Merchant unless StoreB is itself the seller. StoreB does not guarantee any return, exchange or refund from a Merchant beyond what is expressly stated in this policy and what is required by applicable Indian law.

13. Statutory rights

This No Return, No Refund policy does not affect any non-excludable rights a Customer may have under applicable Indian consumer-protection law. Where the law requires a remedy that cannot be excluded, that remedy remains available and is handled by the Merchant concerned.

14. Contact for disputes

For any dispute, contact the Merchant first using the contact options on their storefront. If the issue remains unresolved, you may reach out to StoreB through our Contact Us or Grievance Redressal page.
