Get Started in Four Simple Steps

From registration to your first order. Each step is done from the dashboard — no code, no developer, no waiting on anyone else.

1. Create Your Account

Register with your email and password, or continue with Google. You choose the account type — Business if you sell your own products or services, Digital Creator if you promote eligible products from businesses on StoreB.

You can look around the dashboard before finishing your store details.

2. Set Up Your Store

Add your business name, category, city, contact options and a short description. This is what customers see on your storefront, and what appears on your invoices.

Your store link is created at this point; you can connect your own domain later.

3. Add Products

Add each product with photos, price, stock and any variants (size, colour, model or capacity). You decide whether each product is available online, at the counter, or both.

Long catalogue? Use the bulk-add option instead of entering products one by one.

4. Publish and Start Selling

Publish your storefront and share your link. Online orders arrive in your dashboard, and counter sales from the Sales Counter land in the same order list.

Payment status and fulfilment status are tracked separately, so you always know what is paid and what is still to be delivered.

What you need before you start

Your business details

Name, category, city and the contact options you want customers to use.

Product information

Photos, description, price, MRP if you have one, and the stock you can sell.

Your policies

Shipping, returns and refund terms — customers look for these before ordering.

Payment configuration

Online payment depends on the gateway configured for your store; Cash on Delivery can be enabled by you.

Nothing here requires a developer. If you only bill customers at the counter today, you can start with the Sales Counter and add the online storefront whenever you are ready.

Setup questions

No. You set up your store from the StoreB dashboard: add your business details, add products with their prices and stock, and publish. Hosting, page rendering and the checkout flow are handled by StoreB — you never write code or manage a server.
